Refund policy

We want you to love your Murphy Reese & CO products. Due to the personal nature of our journals and stationery items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:

• Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• Defective products: If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

For eligible returns, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at murphyreese.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

All sales are final for items that are not damaged or defective.
