Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. Each item is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods We currently ship within the United States via USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Murphy Reese & CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please get in touch with the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
